Gamma Zero

Gamma Zero is a vertical 2D shoot 'em up inspired by my favorite sci-fi movies and games. Pilot your ship and survive hordes of enemies. Good luck, Commander.

About:

Developed entirely in Lua using LÖVE framework. I wanted to experiment with not using any sprites or sprite sheets, so everything uses standard shapes: triangles, lines, rectangles, ellipses, and circles. I also made all the sound effects using PICO-8. The only assets I have used are music and fonts.

Controls:

• Arrow keys or WASD - Move
  
• Space / Z / J - Fire
• Left Shift / X / K- Focus Fire
  
• Esc - Exit game
  
• F10 - Toggle scaling mode
  
• F11 - Toggle Fullscreen
